Not that it's entirely useful for most of our readership, but as the traveling BMX community avoid the Austin summer, here's what Austin local and all round top bloke Hanson Little gets up to when the thermometer is constantly in 3 figures.
- 1.Hit the diving board at Barton Springs
- 2.Avoid looking at the spectacle of old man meat at Hippie Hollow
- 3.Float the rivers south of the city with all my friends who know that riding isn't everything
- 4.Build a rope swing
- 5.The truth is, I've lived here my whole life and there's rarely been a day that was truly too hot for riding. Swimming, however, isn't something that I can do all year, so some sessions have to get passed up in the name of doing a sweet cannonball.

More first's at the trails this weekend, Joe at 13, and polite Steve at considerably older made it through the mains, there's even photographic evidence of me.
Glendor and Bubba also lost their cherry over the big line.
